But on moving day, news breaks that Griswold has been attacked and left unconscious in a BART station. When Emily stumbles across a strange, beautifully made copy of Edgar Allan Poe's story 'The Gold-Bug' near the crime scene, she begins to suspect it might be the first piece of Griswold's new game, and that solving it could be the most important hunt of her life.
