NO SPOILERSEleven-year-old Raj Banerjee has just moved from Brooklyn to the small town of Elba, Oregon, and he is not happy about it. His one consolation is his cat, Klawde, who turns out to be no ordinary house cat. Klawde is actually Lord High Emperor Wyss-Kuzz, an alien warlord from the planet Lyttyrboks who was exiled to Earth as punishment after being overthrown by his own general. As Raj nervously starts sixth grade, makes new friends partly by exaggerating his connection to a famous comic-book author, and joins a robotics class where he and his teammates build a water-dispensing robot called the Aqua-Bot, Klawde is busy recruiting neighborhood kittens for a secret battle academy in the basement. Both of them, it turns out, are about to have their past enemies show up in the most unexpected place.
